So it’s not really anything new and yes it took a while for Sony to jump on the band wagon with motion gaming, but let’s have a look at the facts.
I think the thing that surprised me the most was that Sony never took it a step further, because they always do. They always have to be one bigger or better, so why a glorified Nintendo wii system?
The remote controls are roughly the same size as the Wii, just more conformed to the PlayStation style, but everything else is pretty much the same, in certain areas I would even say a little worse?
The navigation controller, or basically what we know as a nun chuck, teamed with the remote, only allows 2 players to play simultaneously as the nav control takes up a whole slot on its own. Whereas the Wii allows 4 players to use both controllers simultaneously, so that was a bit of a boo-boo on Sony’s part.
Although I think it has really good accuracy, with only the odd lag here and there. It does have one major positive. The Move works on a HD console, so all the games will be kicked out in glorious HD. So if you’ve fully crossed over to the world of HD, you can enjoy the same quality in gaming with the Move.
Basically I think that it’s something for those who really want to enjoy the family fun of the Nintendo Wii, but already have a PS3 and don’t want to fork out for a whole new console. It’s accurate, fun and although the orbs will attract some humorous comments, if it’s what you’re into then it’s cheaper than buying the Wii and attachments.
PS3 Games
There is a really good variety of top games currently out for the PS3. Not unlike the top rated XBOX 360 games, PS3 offers gamers the same pleasure in their own way. Little Big planet 2 is most certainly on the popular list, as gamers alike find the appeal of designing your own game to much to resist.
But for the action adventure and first-person or sci-fi shooter games we have, Call of Duty: Black ops, Dead Space 2, Vanquish, BioShock 2: Minverva’s Den.
For the sports lovers there’s Fifa soccer 11 and NHL 11. And even Pac Man championship edition DX and Flight control HD for a little something different.
With PS3’s astounding graphics any game will get you excited, whatever your preference.
